Instant Pot Sloppy Joes

Here’s my instant pot sloppy joes recipe perfect for when you are pressed for time and just want to make a big pot of something to throw on a hamburger bun.

Instant Pot Sloppy Joes

When I was a young mother I’d often make sloppy joes for my kids and they loved it. One of the reasons that they mentioned was that they loved biting into a big sandwich that fell all over the place. Myself, I never really got it and tried to eat my sloppy joes with care to keep it all contained into the bun. Since my kids loved it I just made it all the time and it became one of my staples.

This meal is really cheap, fast, and obviously delicious. It’s easy to get these ingredients and throw them all together really fast to make a quick meal on the run. This meal is just like the old days except it takes me even less time to make than when I did it by hand. Also, it’s much better to make the sauce yourself with your own ingredients as it tastes better and is healthier.

One thing to note about this recipe is that with most things in an instant pot, they can sometimes come out a little watery at first, so just give it a few minutes when you finish and let it reabsorb by stirring it.

Easy!
