  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Lightly grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or butter. Transfer the turkey mixture to the pan, and use a spatula to spread it evenly.
  4. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (75 degrees C).
  5. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
